Introduction
In order to realize rapid and sustainable economic and social development in our
country, technical and vocational training institutions are implementing education and
training, change and capacity building programs, and in terms of improving the
executive capacity of private institutions, encouraging results have been registered
before the advent of COVID 19 pandemic and the economic, social and political
stagnation and instability caused by the instability in our country can only be solved if it
is given due attention, and it is expected that there will be encouraging results if this
education and training program is given due attention.
Education, Training, Quality and Vocation in Addis Ababa City Administration
Competency Assessment Authority, The Yeka Branch Technical and Vocational Team of
the TVET institution are one of the focus groups on the implementation of the
Integrated Capacity Building Programs package.
