Problem of our Branches’ in Education Management
Information System EMIS.
There are many and multi-faceted problems in education
and training information management in education and
training institutions under Bole Branch Cluster
Coordination Office. One of these is information
management and disclosure. Proper organization and
dissemination of information is important for education
and training institutions, officials working at any level in
the field, education and training policy makers, and
professionals.
Problem of our Country in Education Management Information
System.
The problems of education and training are multi-faceted and they are: -
Students being out of school is an example in Oromia…….. in Ethio-
Somalia…………. In Tigray, Amhara, regions, etc., students and
technical and vocational trainees are excluded from education and
training services, (inaccessibility for citizens), inaccessibility for the
disabled, inequitable access and (access of inequity).

When we look at the data of students in general, the number is constantly growing. However, it
does not mean that the required manpower has been created for the economy. The gap in terms of
quality and graduate qualifications is a matter that needs great attention in the future, as has been
pointed out at various times.

Therefore, when we look at the country's population in October 2012, there are data that
indicate that the number reached 112,078,730 (www.worldometers.info, October 2019). The
growth trend in Looking at the period from 1955 to 2019, it looks like what is shown in
Table 3.

Unfair coverage (coverage of inequity) worsens the problems of
information dissemination of inequity; However, if education and
training work is properly planned and carried out, the problems
of education and training leadership will be solved. This can
happen when we can find the real source of our problems and
analyze them for solutions.
The country's goal of education and training is: -
Mature, grown and changed, rich in knowledge and skills; The
Ethiopian ministry of Education is paying special attention to
education as it is one of the main tasks of the country to produce a
reasonable, self-reliant manpower that has the ability to
communicate, discuss and find solutions to problems. Apart from
this, one of the reasons for pushing the government to expand
education is the rapidly increasing population, along with the
growing number of young people. It is necessary to expand
educational institutions from the lowest to the highest level in order
to accommodate this demand as much as possible.

There are gaps or problems in the service delivery of education
and training at all levels of leadership, experts and our education
and training institutions, namely the gap in information
distribution, (The responsibility on you can be mainly placed on
the leadership of education and training. Efforts for continuous
improvement can be made to SDG .to make an effort to enter;
M.D.G. an effort to not back is evident. Due to the gap in
information distribution, high internal waste of education and
training, poor quality of education and training, poor planning of
education and training, leadership, and management etc. are
visible gaps.

1.“W” stands for Windows, their is also LAMP (for Linux) and MAMP
(for Mac).
2.“A” stands for Apache. Apache is the server software that is responsible
for serving web pages. When you request a page to be seen by you,
Apache grants your request over HTTP and shows you the site.
3.“M” stands for MySQL. MySQL’s job is to be the database
management system for your server. It stores all of the relevant
information like your site’s content, user profiles, etc.
4.“P” stands for PHP. It’s the programming language that was used to
write WordPress. It acts like glue for dis whole software stack. PHP is
running in conjunction with Apache and communicating with MySQL.
WAMP:
Stands for: Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP.
Platform: WAMP is specifically tailored for Windows operating systems.

There are many and multi-faceted problems in education and training information management in education and training institutions under Bole Branch Cluster Coordination Office. One of these is information management and disclosure. Proper organization and dissemination of information is important for education and training institutions, officials working at any level in the field, education and training policy makers, and professionals.
