bad, it is appropriate and a continuous process in Management to hold
accountable, so I raised this management concept. As the saying goes,
"carrot and stick" always exists in management language. It is appropriate
not to doubt that officials who do not manage or lead properly, will be
delayed, hastened, and will have resistance. Humans make mistakes.
Believing in error is an appropriate and expected act of any sane person.
In other words, it is appropriate and a manifestation of good moral values
for a person who makes a mistake to admit his mistake. In this case, the
wrong party is expected to resign and prevent further damage. When he
should establish good governance to put his authority on an unshakable
foundation; a leader who takes advantage of the opposition will not end
well. Most of the time, it is the leaders who believe that they have made a
mistake that are saved from the disaster. They are just unjust in their
power.
How are the strategies we use to plan to work defined by management and
leaders? I will come back to explain the application of the correct concept
(theory) in the correct place. And not an addition; the meaning and
concept of synergy also includes what is meant by system theory. What I
want to show here is the origin of the correct theory in leadership, not the
wrong conceptual skills of individuals about the wrong administrative

structure. The reason why I left the basic management skills and took up
conceptual skills is because it is a pillar of management or leadership. A
person with weak conceptual skills cannot become a leader by any
miracle. I will come back to the nature of conceptual skills as well as the
actual nature. What I am saying is that if the theories you put forward to
guide the country were leading to massacre, it is appropriate to admit that
they are not correct and take appropriate action on yourself.

In other words, we have to criticize the books that are supposed to teach
the next generation so that they don't spread misconceptions. Those who
present the philosophy of a person who is not sitting in the top
management, should explain the correct conceptual skills of management
and leadership to a conscientious person, not at the national level, but at
the level of the government.
By seeing the systems deteriorate; it’s not fair to pass by without saying
anything. It is safe to say that we have completely achieved the works that
we had been planning. It is safe to say that although there are challenges
around the work we do, we are not without successes. It is appropriate to
understand that I mean what we did up to 2010 E.C, not what happened
after that.

It can be said that if a philosopher cannot implement what he plans to do,
his conceptual skills cannot be demonstrated in practice. That is, if the
idea that he holds as a leader is doing the opposite of making the country
backward; this disease is not successful. If we cannot be our philosophy,
that philosophy is called plagiarism. This is also a crime. If it is not
possible to be a philosophy presented at a theoretical level; it’s worth
interrupting that thought. People who try to deceive us by pretending that
we don't know what we know in theory; Trying to explain the correct
concept is a task expected of a sane person. Therefore, I will bring the
details back. In the past, the works that we have been doing with a
strategic plan have been successful; but now, that success is disappearing
and evaporating. Leave it, this way is not good for the country. When they
are said to be abandoned, the level our country has reached by considering

They said we will not evict them; those who identify citizens and evict us,
They said that we will face a civil war; those who propose conflicting with
each other as a solution to prevent the people from marrying are war,
hunger, persecution, hunger, poverty, weakness, etc.

What I have presented in my article above are some of the many
contradictory activities that are currently taking place in our country. But

work we do. Among these, many errors are seen when the work done to
reduce poverty is reported. Reports of these being sick/mad dogs were
wrong. This report was submitted in 2007 E.C. I say there is a mistake in
the presentation of the report. For this, animal rights advocates argue that
it is not right to kill the dogs as stray dogs. The main thing that should be
raised about this is that the killing of these dogs has changed. No one
suspected at the time that it would not come to people. My friends and I
joked about it that if you weren't a member of the party, news approach
had the implication of being a dog without an owner. What is worrying is
that this statement has been changed to a person. How can something as
big as a man be called a dog without an owner? I hear this report being
made until recently. When Idiamin Dada is asked why he killed them, his
answer was because they are my enemies. Dogs are also killed to show
that the occasion is not right. In the decades since the report was made,
our pet dogs have been euthanized by public health officials. Let me
present the theme of their killing as follows: - My mother was worried at
home because she could not feed her children, and her beloved dogs were
killed. My mother loved the dogs very much. When the dogs she raised
touch her, she punishes them indiscriminately. I have always obeyed my
mother's house rules. The opposite of my mother who decided to kill them
was brother Bite, who later became a businessman, and gave bread to the
dogs. It was because the dogs noticed our mother's distress and saw the

for being crazy. The reason for this is that when rumors and gossip started,
our sister said that she would not eat the bread offered to the dogs, and the
killers of the snakes were crazy and said that they should be removed.

Good governance problems that have been planned and presented in the
last 6 months
Ø The problem of proliferation of stray dogs in all districts.

houses and those who want to engage in private urban agriculture.
Ø Inability to make open spaces and riverbanks available to unemployed
people who want to engage in horticulture.
Ø Delay in procurement of urban agricultural inputs, such as vegetable
seeds and medicines used for veterinary medicine
Ø Absence of a shed for the associations organized in the urban
agriculture sector
Ø Lack of supply of urban agricultural inputs such as eggs, chickens and
dairy cattle (cows or heifers).

Solved problems of good governance
Ø By preparing a campaign program to eliminate stray dogs in all 10
Woreda/districts, it was solved by responding to the complaint by doing
the work of removing the dogs, and this problem cannot be solved at once.
Ø The service that was interrupted for a short time due to running out of
the vaccine for the dog vaccination service provided by the clinic was able
to resolve the complaint by purchasing the vaccine and continuing the
interrupted service.
Unsolved problems of good governance
Ø Non-allowance of temporary building permits for residents of
government houses and those who wish to engage in private urban
agriculture

Therefore, when the report of the works done is presented, there are many
activities that have been carried out together with good governance this
month: especially the works done with the Merchant Forum, Consumers'
Unions, and the Resident Forum are encouraging and when the main
works are seen, reducing the cost of living and monitoring the illegal trade
in good governance this month. They are the main functions performed.
When we ask how true the reports are, the party that answers is not the
people, so the limited parties who have gained the power will make
reports against each other. In order to properly answer public questions, it
is important for leaders to first understand the meaning of management
and leadership and then to understand the concept of synergy.
Here are a few of the things that should be included:
Strategic Goals the weight we give to goals is critical.
The plan we plan to increase public participation and ownership of
development should have strategic parameters, the number of
stakeholders and the beneficiary society involved in training to increase
their capacity should be planned numerically, in terms of development,
good governance and democracy.

M.L.T. OPDO proved to be a revolutionary democracy. Action speaks

thinking and reflecting. It is not a commodity. When we look at it on a
human scale, it is not correct to equate it with an object. At the level of

leadership skills, foresight, being a diplomat, being free from tyranny,
being a negotiator, working for the success of the country, etc.
