3. Camera
• Panasonic DMC-C3 camera
• Learnt how to adjust brightness after a difficulty
with the camera being too bright. Consulted
Richard.
• Shared in a group with Roisin, Alice and Libby
• Used to take pictures for both my front cover and
contents page
Light
• I used a light when taking photos to adjust the
quality of the brightness in the photos as natural
light wasn’t good enough.
• I had never used a light in photo-taking before,
now I know how to use one.
4. Computer Programmes
• Photoshop
- I had used photoshop in GCSE ICT but in Media I have learnt to use it
at a greater ability and I have widened my knowledge of its uses
• Prezi
- I used prezi to set up my slide show for my location recce’s.
- I have used prezi before in ICT so I was already familiar with it.
• Slideshare
- I have used slide share to put work onto to transfer it over to blogger to
make it viewable
- Before AS Media, I had not used slideshare so I have learnt useful
thing such as how to embed links.
• Blogger
- All of my work is on blogger. It is my way of storing all of my work for
marking
- Before AS Media, I had not used blogger before. It has been useful to
me for organising my work.
• Emaze
- I have used emaze to create comparisons between my work and
professional work. I then transferred this over to blogger by embedding
the link.
