secret, making it more appealing to buy and read the article about
her. She is giving the audience direct address and hints that what will

generation and this further
represents the target

more appealing rather than

therefore making the
magazine more appealing

This would appeal to the target audience,
as they would think they would get more

therefore is a better magazine to buy. It

and it stands out and links to the mise-

and the health and safety
warning to children. The
barcode is conventional to all
magazines as it helps to
show how many copies of

which is useful to the
distributing company and
market research. This

plastic bag, which contained
the magazine and a
covermount. This
covermount included lip-
glosses and other make up
items that would appeal to
girls and make the magazine
much more appealing to buy
as you are getting a free gift
as well. This shows the
target audience as girly.
The mise-en-scene here is that the
background is plain and makes the
other brighter coloured images and
writing stand out more and be the
focus as the rule of thirds shows
that those areas are the main points
of focus.
