Existing control measures taken
against the risk
What further control
measures are required when
and by whom
1) Bags – if there are bags
around then there would be a
chance that people could
injure themselves if they
tripped over
2) Foot flow – there will people
in the classroom who may
walk through the shot
3) Furniture – there will be
tables and chairs in the way,
which means that someone
could injure themselves
4) Electrical wires – there may
be wires around as the
classroom we are in has
computers in.

Teachers prompt students by telling
them to leave bags underneath
tables, so that no one trips over
them.
Some tables have curved edges to
ensure that people won’t get hurt on
sharp corners
Wires from computers should be
tucked behind the computer, to
ensure that there are no faults.
I will make sure students are
aware of their bags and to
make sure that they don’t leave
them lying around.
I will arrive at the location
early to tell students and other
staff that I will be using the
room.
I will make sure that furniture
is moved to the side before I
take any pictures.
I will make sure that all wires
are behind computers, and I
will also find out who the first
aiders are if anything was to
happen.
