There are signs saying beware of cars,
also there are pedestrian crossing

Umbrellas are used to stop getting wet

There are signs saying be careful when
on the steps
Students should be in lesson at certain
times
I may have to make sure that secu-
rity is aware that I will be taking
pictures near the road

I will have to make sure that um-
brella is brought and I will make
sure that I know who the first
aider is.

I will let security know where I
am on the day of the shoot and
also make sure my model stays at
the bottom

I will have to go 5 minutes early
to the location, to aware students
that I will be taking pictures

2) Foot flow – there will people in
the classroom who may walk

Teachers prompt students by telling
them to leave bags underneath tables,
so that no one trips over them.

Some tables have curved edges to en-
sure that people won’t get hurt on
sharp corners

Wires from computers should be
tucked behind the computer, to ensure
that there are no faults.
I will make sure students are
aware of their bags and to make
sure that they don’t leave them
lying around.

I will arrive at the location early
to tell students and other staff that
I will be using the room.

I will make sure that furniture is
moved to the side before I take
any pictures.

I will make sure that all wires are
behind computers, and I will also
find out who the first aiders are if
anything was to happen.
