     •   Managing end to end recruitment responsibility of Technology hiring across India.
     •   Interact with assigned Business Heads, understand their requirements and fulfill the same using quality
         resources within stipulated time and thereby meeting recruitment targets.
     •   Headhunt the right professionals based on the specific requirement.
     •   Sourcing - Developing and implementing through various sources, which includes internet (Job Portals
         such as Naukri, Monster, Times job), Consultants, Advertisements, Referrals and Networking (through
         Networking groups such as Yahoo/Google groups, Orkut communities, LinkedIn).
     •   Preliminary Screening of potential candidates in order to assess the candidate's suitability, Attitude,
         Academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc, coordinate with technical
         panels for technical evaluation and feedback.
     •   Arranging & Coordinating Interviews with Technical Panel, and Continuous Follow up.
     •   Follow up and Closure – Follow up with the hiring manager and technical panel to obtain feedback,
         calibrating the candidate and assist in decision-making process.
     •   Offer documentation and Offer Generation – Collecting the required documents from Candidate,
         Working closely with hiring manager to decide on compensation package and necessary approvals from
         senior management.
     •   Regular follow ups with candidates to ensure smooth joining and on-boarding formalities.
     •   Generating the Market-Scan reports as per the business need.
     •   Updating and Sharing the Expected Joiners Selection Tracker and BG Trackers to the delivery team on
         a regular basis.
     •   Interaction with Customer on a weekly basis to review on the Open Positions.
     •   Daily or Weekly pipeline updates to Business Managers and coming up with workable solutions to
         challenges faced during hiring cycle.
     •   Maintaining the hiring information in an internal Centralized Recruitment Web-based tool.
