1. Welcome to 8th National Agri Tourism Conference. This is Dr. Muhammad Imran Rasheed, I am
head of the department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Institute of Business
Management, IUB.
Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management was established in July 2020 at the Islamia
University of Bahawalpur and we offered a BS 4 years honors degree in the field of Tourism and
Hospitality Management.
The purpose of establishing this department is to work for the promotion of tourism activities
and tourism education in Pakistan.
