 Work as food safety coordinator for development, implementation & periodically reviewing the food
safety systems of the product & process lines & identifying the food safety risk & mitigating the suitable
control measures as per BSTI standard.
 Conducting the hazard analysis of the new products & processes as well as the RM/PM to identify the
food safety hazard & implementing the control measure.
 Developing & reviewing the SOPs, records, specifications, test procedures, guidelines of RM/ PM/
product through periodic audit & updating as per the changes.
 Monitor in process conditions, product quality and analysis parameters of RM, PM & products.
 Conduct training for the floor employees and workers on various food safety norms like GMP, GLP,
Good House Keeping, personal hygiene, CCPs etc.
 Handle market complaint and take corrective & preventive actions to avoid reoccurrence.
Achievements:
 Executed for installation project of new UFLEX packaging machine as a “Quality Assurance Personnel”
to check whether the machine complied as expectation or not.
 Represented “Pineapple Squash Project” authorized by “Golden Harvest Foods Ltd.” in “International
Conference on Engineering Research, Innovation and Education (ICERIE), 2019” held in SUST.
