shooting a Tv show and you have an audience
they will all need to sign one if not you could get
into legal issues and that could cost you money
or even stop you from releasing your production .

you have proof.

A location release form grants permission for
filmmakers to film on a specific property with
the owner's consent, the form contains all the
details of the shoot that the property owner will
need to know .The property owner must sign
the form to protect the filmmaker and the
owner from any future disagreements which
could end up with legal consequences.

6. Budget Film budgeting is the process where the
director gathers up everything that they will
need and how much it will cost then they’ll
put it in a format where it is easy for all the
producers to read and work out the total for
the whole production. Not having a clear
budget in your pre-production stage will
seriously impact the rest on the production
as you don’t know how much you can buy
for the production or which actors you can
get , also not having a clear budget for each
thing you need could make you overspend
on one thing and then not have enough
money for the next thing . Going over your
set budget could mean you won’t have
enough money to finnish the production or it
won't be as successful as you hoped
because you might not of been able to get
the best products.

7. Call sheet
A call sheet is a document that will be sent out
to cast stating where they need to be for the
days of the shoot. It will also inform cast of
weather details , parking and other important
details to make sure the shot runs smoothly. A
call sheet is so import because it will save you
as a director or your cast from extra stress when
people don’t know where to go at what time , if a
call sheet is complete to a low standard this
could impact how long your production takes to
produce or how much it will cost because you
could have to spend more time on set or people
will most likely be late to produce it pushing the
production back.
