It is a schedule form that is
issued to the cast and crew of a
film production to inform them
where and when they have to be
in a particular day of filming. It
also has information about the
place and other specifications.

they are supposed to do.
5. Shot list
It is a document that
determines what will happen
and what materials are going to
be used for a shot/scene of a
film.

6. Location permissions form
It is a contract between a
production and the
owner(s) of a private
property where filming is

It is a graphical illustration of a schedule that represents the time
spans of the scheduled events.
It helps to plan, coordinate, and track specific events in the
production, from a meeting to the shooting of a scene.
10. Film Schedule
It is a project plan of each day's shooting for a film production.
It helps to know how each day will go, to organise time, locations,
materials, crew, etc
11. Location recce
It is a form used to record annotations for when key members of the
crew visit a location before any shooting takes place in that location.
This is done to make sure that locations are appropriate in a creative
way, but also in terms of health and safety of the crew
