2. Budget Sheet
It is a form used to record
all the expenses needed to
produce a film.
It helps the directors,
managers, and producers
of a film to decide the
budget they need for the
production.
Without it, there can be
finance problems in a
production.

3. Personnel details/contact
It is a form used to record all the contacts of the personnel of a film
production, it could also include some personal information of each person.
It helps the directors and producers of a film to find someone of the crew
when they need to call them or know when they are going to work. Without
it, it would be difficult to find personnel contacts.

4. Call Sheet
It is a schedule form that is
issued to the cast and crew of a
film production to inform them
where and when they have to be
in a particular day of filming. It
also has information about the
place and other specifications.
Without it, there would be
chaos in the production.
Specially if it is a big
production, because the
personnel wouldn't know what
they are supposed to do.

5. Shot list
It is a document that
determines what will happen
and what materials are going to
be used for a shot/scene of a
film.
It helps to give detailed
directions of how a scene needs
to look.
It is important to have one
because it gives the crew an
idea of how the scene should
look.

6. Location permissions form
It is a contract between a
production and the
owner(s) of a private
property where filming is
going to take place. By
signing the release, the
owner of the property
gives permission to film in
their property
Without this you can have
legal issues.

7. Release and consent agreement
It is a contract that
terminates any legal liability
between the production
managers and the actors
that are going to appear in
the film. It is made to make
sure that the person
consents and/or will not
later object to the material
being used.
Without this you can have
legal issues.

8. Risk Assessment
It is an examination of what could cause harm on a particular
shoot or location while filming, it helps to know if there is need of
special control measures to prevent harm.
Having this is very important to prevent any harm in crew
members by taking the precautions needed.

9. Gantt Chart
It is a graphical illustration of a schedule that represents the time
spans of the scheduled events.
It helps to plan, coordinate, and track specific events in the
production, from a meeting to the shooting of a scene.

10. Film Schedule
It is a project plan of each day's shooting for a film production.
It helps to know how each day will go, to organise time, locations,
materials, crew, etc

11. Location recce
It is a form used to record annotations for when key members of the
crew visit a location before any shooting takes place in that location.
This is done to make sure that locations are appropriate in a creative
way, but also in terms of health and safety of the crew
