 The applicant is seeking to expand the
existing facility by constructing an
outdoor sitting area and accessory
structure.

 Council approved an abandonment for a
portion of Argyle Ave. to allow the Argyle
more room for the proposed expansion.

 Held a public hearing on Feb. 20, 2018
 Found the proposed expansion to be
compatible, and approved the request as
presented.
 STAFF RECOMMENDATION
 That the plans be approved only if utility
issues are addressed and structure meets
building codes.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
 Postcards were mailed to property
owners within a 200-foot radius of the
property, appropriate notice was posted
on the City website and a sign was
posted on the property.
