 Consider a request of Robert Price,
owner, for the significance review of
the existing main structure located at
417 Patterson under Demolition
Review Ordinance No. 1860 in order to
demolish 100% of the existing main
structure and all accessory structures.

POLICY ANALYSIS
 The existing 1,092 sq. ft. home was built in
1930 and a carport & shed were constructed
in 1978.
 Staff has reviewed the property and has not
found any evidence that the home was built
by a noted architect or has any major
historical significance.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
 Postcards were mailed to property owners
within a 200-foot radius of the property,
appropriate notice was posted on the City
website and a sign was posted on the
property
