BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The property is zoned SF-B and is located on the north side of Argo Ave at the intersection with
Arbutus St. The applicant proposes to demolish the main structure only.
POLICY ANALYSIS
The proposed project meets current zoning regulations. Staff found no historical or architectural
significance to the existing main structure.

The Architectural Review Board heard the request at their August 17, 2021 meeting and voted
unanimously to declare the existing main structure as not significant and recommended approval
of the design as compatible.
