BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The property is zoned MF-D and is located on the west side of Broadway between Tuxedo and
Castano. The applicant is seeking demolish all vertical structures. No future use for the land has
been determined.
POLICY ANALYSIS
Staff found no historical or architectural significance to the structures.
The Architectural Review Board heard the case at their May 18th
meeting. While a motion was
made to find no significance and recommend demolition, there was no second and the motion
failed. No other motions were made in the case and per the City Attorney, the case proceeds to
City Council for consideration.
FISCAL IMPACT
No projected fiscal impact from this project has been calculated.
