o Scrutinize & authorize invoices for payment from Contractor under his command.
o Ensure contractor lives up to his contractual obligations and enforces requirements in a smooth
manner to get work done in the best way.
o Meet with contractor to discuss important issues for its timely solution.
o Make recommendations for new methods & processes as needed. Expertly drafts technical reports
and executive correspondence on topical issues.
FACILITY AND SERVICE SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

conferences & special events like social function (Outside banquet for employees).
o Reviews the work of contract personnel to assure work sequence, procedures & deadlines

o Compiles, prepares & presents a variety of recurring & special reports, summaries &
briefing aides for program reviews, staff meetings
o Manages the allocation of space, offices, and equipment, coordinating with various
activities.
o The incumbent is responsible for the supervision of the basic life support needs, and all
aspects of facilities management for power generation, billeting, grounds and facility
maintenance, minor constructions, space utilization and custodial services.
o Coordinate and assist with Logistic Manager for the documentation requirement of
incoming shipment such as CITC and Custom clearance.
