Introduction/Selection criteria
Having an experience of 14 years in diplomatic mission prepared me for applying this position. I have
been managing a wide range of programs, from intimate meetings for high-profile VIPs to complex
international conference involving serval attendees. It includes providing guidance and expertise to
stakeholders etc. and supporting the Embassy in event strategy, event schedule and event
evaluation. I also have a proven liaison contacts with UAE government departments and private
industry.
As my extensive work experience given me organized skills of planning in advance, organizing and
adhering to a schedule, as well as controlling and awareness of the calendar with an effective timely
manner..I am a conscientious person who works both independently and as an effective member,
including the ability to work in a demanding environment with effective plan and coordinating with
the colleague to assist them when managing the heavy workloads. I have a Professional verbal and
written skills in English and experienced use of Microsoft office application and other software
program and willing to learn quickly. Carried out different task in administrative works in the areas of
finance, facility management and including reception areas

September 2008 –Present: Royal Norwegian Embassy, Abu Dhabi
 Public Diplomacy Officer/Facility Management Officer
o Assisting with managing high-level visits by the Norwegian
Government and other official visitors to the UAE, Qatar and
Kuwait This role include booking accommodation, arranging
visit programs and liaising with relevant government authorities
and other stakeholders.
o Protocol (including Visits and Events Logistics)
o Assist Protocol Drivers translating languages and assigned routes
directions.
o Assisting with managing major events, including public
diplomacy events for the Embassy.
o Responds to incoming communication, or, as appropriate, routes
it to the relevant units within the Secretariat and follows up on
responses;
o To take part in the Embassy emergency planning and any
response to a crisis.
o Negotiating with Property Management Leases and Arranging
maintenance if required.
o Receiving and preparing documentations for all visa purposes
o Maintaining an effective brings up system for renewal of ID
cards, visa, car registration etc.
o Processing and coordinating import and export of
Unaccompanied Airfreight/sea Freight.
o Purchasing a full range of goods and services required for the
Embassy.
o Prepares purchase order and requisitions for the Financial
Department.
o Preparing paperwork for staff applications for ID cards, airport
passes, driving etc.
o Drafting notes for the UAE government Departments.
