 Archiving all CFO's correspondences and documents.
 Following up on international calls and faxes, as well as categorizing them.
 Receive, deliver and distribute all external correspondences through fax, courier
or any other means, and especially the CFO's according to priority and
importance.
 Following up with the administrative affairs department concerning the
employees' vacations, permissions, external assignments and attendance and
assuring preparation of required forms by concerned employees and delivering
them for approval and processing by concerned department(s).
 Backing up all company's correspondences and documentation electronically.
 Receiving and transferring telephone calls that are received on CFO’s landline
and keeping log of telephone messages received and assuring delivery of such
messages on time.
