I will be the one whowill be creating the poster and stuff like editing the pictures and
putting them in the right place. I will require help fromthe people who are doing the
photography, as I will use those pictures for the poster.
People to assist me
I will require help from the people whoare doing the photography part of the campaign.
Content
The promotional poster will include:
 Information about the show
 The date and time
 Pictures of the main characters
 The location of where the show is being performed
 Price
Purpose
The purpose of the poster is to inform the public about the show and to promote the
school show “Grease”.
Distribution
The poster will be distributed around the school about 2 weeks beforethe show is
actually performed so the people who are interested in watching the show have 2 weeks
to buy the tickets. The poster would be certified as PG as the original movie was certified
as PG.
Target Audience
The age group forthe show itself wouldbe -15 years old and 15-24 years old as the
show is mainly aimed at teenagers and maybe some adults. The main targeted gender
for the show is females as the show addresses a lot of female problems such as teenage
pregnancy and how sandy doesn’t really fit in with the girls and the guy but as the show
comes to a climax sandy changes her appearance to fitin with the group. The socio-
economic grouping forthe show would be C1 and C2 as those are common people who
would have the money to purchase the ticket to buy the ticket.
Resource and Equipment required
Requires Adobe Photoshopand Illustrator to create the actual promotional poster.
Requires poster paper to print the poster on.
Requires photographs of the cast and characters.
Requires and IMac to create the poster on.
Requires the “Grease” font.
