This document provides an EHS audit report for re-entry and stimulation work at the Turner Valley site in Alberta, Canada. It describes the 4 stages of the project: acquisition, development, maintenance, and remediation. Key aspects that were reviewed include the property description, site history, environmental reports, materials and contaminants present, migration pathways and potential receptors, equipment requirements, and evaluation of treatment technologies. Testing was performed and cleanup/control measures were implemented before following up and making final decisions.
