2. Process
• My favourite way of originally
scoping out an idea is to firstly
draw it down on paper with a
pencil, so that I have finer control
over the specifics. This is because I
have far greater mobility using my
own hands than a mouse or
tablet.
3. Process
• The initial design within Photoshop,
after it has been colourised so that an
actual environment can be created. My
personal preference in design is bold
colours with thick lines so that it
makes an impact in the viewer’s mind.
4. Process
• A more complete view of the
Photoshop file, with the animation
frames at the bottom of the screen in
the timeline, and the various layers at
the lower right side. The production
needed a total of 85 frames for 10 – 11
seconds.
5. Process
• The final version of the Interactive
Project, complete with animation and
audio track, made within Premier Pro.
This was the ultimate goal of the
project, and overall I’m pretty satisfied
with it for a first-time attempt at
animation.
