Vidhyapith,and second is Sri Gyanguru
Vidhyapith.
 -As a managing director he has 6 years of
experience and as a teacher he has 20 years
of experience.
WHO IS A CONTRIBUTOR?
Contributor are those people
who are faithful to their work
activity, concentrating well .
Someone who is serving society
.
Someone who help other
people.
QUALITIES OF SUCCESSFUL PERSON
According to him a successful
person is who is honest hard
working and self confidence
faithfulness.
Successful person has a
perfect vision.
OPPORTUNITIES
In my life I have taken all the
problems and challenges as
opportunities.
He has failed many times but he
has taken all his failure as an
opportunity.
BEHAVIOR WITH JUNIORS AND SENIORS
He behaves very nicely with his
juniors and senior
He takes very respectfully with
his seniors and also with the
juniors
He behaves friendly with
students and other teachers.
JOB SATISFACTION
 According to him his satisfaction is the job he
is doing.
 He doesn’t take his job as opportunity , but
he takes as a vision.
CONCLUSION
 He tries to be a very successful contributor
and from my point of view he is a very
successful contributor.
 He is a very kindly person.
 He doesn't become angry and tacks the
situation very calmly.
 He is a best teacher and a good managing
director.
