work has been always taken as a new
challenge and opportunity…
He believes that if someone take his work as
a challenge, that his new challenge become
a new mission for him.

During his long successful career he faced
many challenges although firstly he take it as
problem but then he think that how to convert
it in opportunity.

As per his views the job satisfaction is
internal satisfaction.
He thinks that if someone love his job then
he his fully satisfied with his job.
9. OPINION TO JUNIORS AND SENIORS
When his junior who is not co-operating with
him, there is nothing to worry…Because he
believes that juniors are coming with new
ideas, so we should give them chance.
To convince his senior he believes that we
should convince with quality work.

Good knowledge is helpful to enrich the
mentality of the people so his contribution is
directly related with society.
His short term vision is the authority should
be satisfied by his work.
Long term vision is his work should be
valued.
11. SUGGESTION FOR FUTURE …
According to his view he believes that today
youth have many opportunities to get the
success and fame, But they just need to
catch it on time ..and should not loose ..

When he got his alumnuni in present and
know that they are at high post or in
