He always decided to be the manage and wanted to
do better for future students, so he rejected the job
offer from industrial job, where he could get
promotions.
So for him internal satisfaction is more important
than only getting rewards(money).

In team work, though his decision is final, but he
want his team members to give their decisions,
because he think whatever is he is because of

Students should be motivated in such a way that
they are not exam conscious, but useful to the
society, become sensitive for their work and bring
out their skills.

juniors. Juniors should feel free to bring out their
