opportunities because he said that every
opportunities give you so many pleasant
moment and you felted that relaxed and
some reward. His successful life he got the
both external success and internal success .

8. In his working place ,he is work
with junior. Sometimes junior are
make mistake. He is never angry
because he always thought
every mans make mistakes. So
always try to listen everyone to
know his opinion.

9. He is work with senior. He said that if
you are working with senior, one
think that boss is always right. After
sometimes your relationship with
your boss is good then you try to
reliase his mistakes.

10.  He is come in this field by chance because
when he was study in collage, his father is
poor. His father was farmer. So he is try to
find job. In 1972 he join one factory. When
he was shift incharge in factory. To see
his hard work within 5year is promote to
factory incharge. Then he is get more
promotion. In1990 first times he is go
aboard. Before 2011,he is DGM of excel
group of limited.
