to his expectation, he use to start helping
them in their works or he use to explain
importance of their work.
 When his senior authorities are not
supporting according to his expectation he
use to convince them by various means like
writing a letter of apology to fulfill his
expectations etc.
Contribution to organization
 He not only tries to perform his duties
and activities but also achieve
“purpose” behind all this activities.
 He doesnot work only for his salaries
but also for welfare of his students and
organization.
 And he relates it to society by helping
them in various situations.
 Short term vision – to achieve awards,
financial incentives, promotions etc. are
short term visions.
 Long term visions – to wait for
opportunities, building new capabilities,
overcoming challenges, self confidence
and helping others are long term visions.
