his teacher.

satisfaction.
He is satisfied with his work when his students gain
more and more knowledge and become successful in
life.
8. In his career he has faced his juniors not working
according to his expection .
He tries to find out the reason for it and motivate
them to work and help them in work.

him according to his expection, he talked to them and
tried to convince them for support.

His long term vision is to promote students and to

He suggested that engineers must try their level best
