Introduction to my contributor:
 Name : Baijul parikh
 Experience : 3 years
 Presently works as an astt.professor in IIM , Ahemadabad .
Contributor :
The one who gives something or adds something
which is better for the society according to the law
are said to be a contributor. They are full of human
values and effectiveness.
My presentation includes one of
the famous contributor Baijul
parikh. I was to obliged talking
to her and one of the best
person I ever met.
BAIJUL PARIKH
Baijul parikh is an mixture of every
thing, she is a teacher in one of the
famous institutes of India where
students seek getting admission IIM
AHMEDABAD. She did a remarkable work
in one of the famous clubs such as Yuva
unstoppable. The best of her is she is
the member of our family ,Government
Engineering college, Bhavnagar. She is
a student of our college.
Takes his work as:
 According to Baijul, she takes her work as a vision. Vision
toward venturing new domains and simultaneously making a
choice as to how shall she go about her work further.
Qualities to be a successful
employee:
 To become successful anywhere,not just as an employee you
need to imbibe only two qualites in you:
1.Dicipline
2.ethics
Challenges faced by her and job
satisfaction:
According to her, when facing a challenge she has never been
judgmental as to be it an opportunity or a hurdle . But it is a good
learning experience you got to know your potential in handing
stuff when things don’t work out the way you want.
About job satisfaction she said that, It is a combination of both .
One need money,fame,and societal status-these are external
satisfaction.Equally , The happiness in working on what you love
the most is internal satisfaction.
Her belief in reward and
opportunity:
She says that , she believe in opportunities and purpose
vision.At times they might be latent but that’s what keeps u
going in a longer run .Rewards will follow subsequently.
To make juniors and seniors work
according to her expectations:
She says ,she don’t treat her subordinates as her juniors .she
does her work in an efficient manner only than does she hold a
right to pinpoint out them for their mistakes.
Her seniors have been very supportive throughout .There had
been different opinion at times but they sit and discuss it over
and come up with an optimal solution.
Contribution to the society:
SHE SAYS THAT ON WEEKENDS SHE VISITS ORPHANAGE
AND TEACHES THE CHILDREN OVER THERE AND BRINGS
BOOKS FOR THEM FREE OF COST BECAUSE SHE LIKES TO
DO THAT. SHE BELIEVES THAT THESE CHILDREN WILL DO
GOOD FOR THE SOCIETY WHEN THEY WILL GROW UP. SO
SHE HAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE SOCIETY IN THIS WAY.
SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM
VISION :
She says her short term vision is to work well on my research on
information and Communication Tech. for development. And her
long term vision is to see it being put into practice at the bottom
of the pyramid market for their sustainable development.
Suggestion for youth:
She would like to quote oprah’s statement as her message to the
youth,’’ A lesson will keep repeating itself unless it is learned. Life
first will send the lesson to you in the size of pebble ; if you
ignore the pebble ,life will send you a brick ; if you ignore the
brick, life will send you a brick wall , if you ignore the brick
wall,life will send you a demolition truck.’’
I selected her as my choice
because I want to show every one
that what are the potentials of our
institute. She is one of the best
teachers in the field of Information
system and students seek
attending her class. I could say she
is the combo of every thing a
designer, painter, teacher, social
member and many more…
Conclusion:
