1. I am an applications expert with 25+ years of architect, development manager and team lead experience. I set
strategies and guidelines establishing best practices and standards by evolving complex business challenges
into efficient, extensible, configurable, scalable, enterprise business database application solutions using
process automation, change management & release planning and reusable component design disciplines. My
technical strengths are in IIS platform, .NET framework, VB coding, SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS.
Additionally, I have extensive infrastructure, networking, security and telecommunications experience.
When taking a role as an architect, I have developed road maps and realized visions of generating new
revenue sources building application solutions at Schneider Electric, the University of Massachusetts Medical
School and their customer agencies, New York Life Retirement Services, Office of the Attorney General of
Massachusetts as well as customer organizations from entrepreneurial efforts. When taking a development
manager role, I have worked to align development cycles with business growth, ensuring optimum efficiency
for material resources and career growth for human resources assigned to projects at the AG’s office, UMMS,
NYL and TEN Enterprises. When taking a team leadership role, I have participated in performance reviews
and made recommendations for hires, terminations, project assignments and promotions. Together we have
substantially reduced operational costs and increased team production, amassing hundreds of new projects by
utilizing forward thinking development and continuous improvement within existing maintenance cycles.
I have experience both in oversight as well as execution of all phases within software development life cycles.
I have had a variety of project roles including developer, technical lead, team lead, architect, development
manager, project manager, business systems analyst, mentor, administrator, tester and implementer. I learn
industries and technologies quickly and have become a resource to others in industrial controls project
management, financial and consulting services and state government healthcare, educational and legal fields.

in the best interest of the product. I thrive on designing and developing functional solutions on time and
within budget that exceed expectations in terms of quality, functionality detail and delivery. I pride myself on
my ability to research new technologies to best solve a problem, learning approaches and tools required to
complete a project and creating new opportunities to generate additional sources of revenue. I have extensive
experience collaborating, guiding and monitoring the progress of desktop support, help desk, network and
infrastructure departments as well as directing third party vendors resulting in consistently successful rollouts.
