2. Incident Management Coordinator
Incident Management is the term describing the activities of an organization to identify, analyze,
and correct hazards to prevent a future re-occurrence by coordinating with support teams or the
clients concerned and act as a liaison between the desk and the clients or team concerned.

 Attending daily conference calls with SDM and support team members and provide a daily
report regarding the high priority incidents raised the previous working day.
 It also involves providing updates regarding the queues, process updates and modifications (if
required). 
 Providing KT and trainings on a regular basis for backups/new hires as and when required. 
 Issuing Reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as required by the client. 

 Monitoring the Incident backlogs and analyzing the incident closures as per the Client
defined SLA. 
 Preparing the Breached Incidents Analysis. 
 Preparing the Re-opened Incidents Analysis. 

 Creating Dashboards for client representation of the Weekly incident trends based on
Incident Patterns. 
 Creating Dashboard on Team Performance Management. 
