Alaska Air wanted product experience integrator that will design guest-facing facets of
the airline’s inflight digital experiences and oversee the integration of those experiences
across multiple systems. We helped them to define their guest experience, based on their
guests’ expectations and worked closely with Alaska Air and other suppliers to build a
new inflight experience for guests.
Alaska Air also wanted to create an all-new inflight experience – from service delivery to
connectivity systems. Virgin America disrupted the industry when the airline launched
with seatback TVs, mood lighting and on-demand food ordering. Alaska Air was looking
to disrupt the industry in a similar way with a new set of tools, in a new era.
With the recent acquisition of Virgin America, Alaska Airlines was reevaluating its inflight
entertainment and connectivity strategy. Alaska Air wanted to take a clean-slate approach
and looking to create a consistent experience across the combined Alaska and Virgin
America fleets (including Alaska’s regional jet fleet).

profiles, compliance data, and more.
Central Data Environment for CIBC was complex but highly beneficial undertaking. By
