 At CVS, as a Sr. Project Manager, I led teams of business and data analysts, application testers, and software
developers to collect and analyze the data to gather business intelligence. I incorporated the SDLC life cycle
(Scope Definition, Requirements Definition, Design, Application development, Testing, Change Management,
and Production Deployment phases) akin to Rally-Agile methodologies for multiple projects in the areas of the
Claims, Enrollment, HealthCare / Insurance Management and IT Asset Management aspects, ERP, non ERP
projects in a web based environment. The scope of the analysis included the pharmacy customer’s consumption
patterns for certain prescription versus non-prescription drugs. The purpose of the analysis was to determine
optimal drug choices for the customers that gave them the best value for their money. I factored customer age,
sex, risk factors, allergies, generic vs. brand preferences, health insurance cove rages etc., into the analysis.
Utilized Excel SS incorporating table creation and manipulation, VLookups, Formulas, and Pivot Tables.
Gathering insights on drug choices was part of an overall prescription benefit program. The mobility aspect was
incorporated in the project encompassing iOS, Android and Mobile Web applications.
 At T & D Electronics I led teams of business and data analysts, application testers, software developers to collect
and analyze the data to gather business intelligence. I incorporated the SDLC life cycle (Scope Definition,
Requirements Definition, Design, Application development, Testing, and Production Deployment phases) for all
the ERP,non ERPprojects in a webbased environment. The scope of the analysis included the Electronic industry
and Hotel customer’s consumption patterns for certain electronic goods. The purpose of the analysis was to
determine optimal purchase choices for the customers that gave them the best value for their money. I factored
customer age, sex, risk factors, educational background, technical knowhow, etc., into the analysis. Gathering
insights on purchasing of electronic goods choices was part of an overall electronics marketing program.
 At Best Western Hotels I led teams of business and data analysts, application testers, software developers to
collect and analyze the data to gatherbusiness intelligence. I incorporated the SDLC life cycle (Scope Definition,
Requirements Definition, Design, Application development, Testing, Change Management, and Production
