Mr. Knudson brings 27 years of experience in technology and leadership roles in consulting services across multiple

optimize business processes and the implementation of governance frameworks to efficiently operate technology
services.
Prior to joining G•Squared Group, Mr. Knudson most recently was group director and client services leader at The
Intersect Group (TIG). Prior to TIG, he was an executive consultant at The Coca-Cola Company, leading the
prioritization and demand planning for their global SAP implementations. Earlier in his career, he held various IT
leadership positions including global group director at Xerox for their Government Healthcare and HR services, IT
portfolio and program manager at The Home Depot for their global technology transformation and IT
implementation services leader for AT&T.

• Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KCC), Atlanta, GA, 2017 – Program Manager and Scrum Master for the
planning, implementation and deployment of KCC’s global E-Commerce Data and Analytics solutions using

for multi-million dollar engagement. The outcome of this engagement is significant cost savings and benefit to
RHA’s P&L in support of their behavioral health services. Project Budget $3M for 18 month implementation
timeline
• Coca-Cola Enterprises, Atlanta, GA 2015 – Engagement lead for O365 and SharePoint 2013 portal development
and migration. Portal development included enhancements for CCE Legal, HR and Financial compliance sites.
Provided collaboration support and consulting services and expert level SharePoint consulting services on
Microsoft SharePoint technologies. The outcome of this engagement was improved quality and compliance for
critical business processes and significant reduction in infrastructure costs with the migration of SharePoint.

• Universal Alloy Corporation (UAC), Canton, GA 2015 - Conducted a comprehensive strategic assessment of
UAC’s IT organization, infrastructure, applications, data, operations, security, and overall risk profile. The
outcome of the engagement was significant improvement in the understanding of the IT function to UAC’s
executive team, clear identification of the key challenges and opportunities, and a framework and plan to execute
critical short term and long term improvements. Project Budget of $70K for 6 week delivery timeline
• Axiall Corporation, Atlanta, GA 2014 - 2015 – Developed a comprehensive strategy, governance framework, and
roadmap for implementation and management of SharePoint 2013. Included implementing workflows for each
business process, leveraging the platform’s powerful features and toolset. Delivered customized training program
on the platform, and directions regarding how to effectively manage the operations. The two broad objectives
were to automate critical business processes and consolidate the numerous intranet, team, and project sites being
utilized. Axiall is now positioned to more strategically manage its SharePoint environments from a core capability
and health perspective, as well as provide increased workflow opportunities to optimize business operations. By
fully utilizing its investment in SharePoint, Axiall has increased the value of the platform and experienced

for a SaaS offering to clients across both Government Healthcare and Human Resources services.
• Xerox, ACS, Atlanta, GA 2008 – 2010 – Developed Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program called
Autobot. Implemented Autobot to digitize business and operational support processes, enhance user experience
for back office methodology tool suites, resulting in decreased operational costs and enhance professional
services for ACS clients.
• Xerox, ACS, Nashville, TN 2007 - 2008 – Account Executive, State of Tennessee Medicare/Medicaid
Information Systems (MMIS). Primary objectives of the engagement were to take over management of the
State’s MMIS solution from the incumbent provider. In additional, ACS implemented seven enhancement
projects to improve the State’s MMIS business operations, including PMO and various support processes. Long
term objectives included enhancing the State’s MMIS solution via ongoing process improvements and
implementation of ACS’ Enhanced MMIS solution. Project Revenue of $110M for multi-year take-over,

The outcome of the engagement was significant improvement in the understanding of the IT function to UAC’s executive team, clear identification of the key challenges and opportunities, and a framework and plan to execute critical short term and long term improvements. Delivered customized training program on the platform, and directions regarding how to effectively manage the operations. The two broad objectives were to automate critical business processes and consolidate the numerous intranet, team, and project sites being utilized.
