Mr. Knudson brings 27 years of experience in technology and leadership roles in consulting services across multiple

Prior to joining G•Squared Group, Mr. Knudson most recently was group director and client services leader at The
Intersect Group (TIG). Prior to TIG, he was an executive consultant at The Coca-Cola Company, leading the
prioritization and demand planning for their global SAP implementations. Earlier in his career, he held various IT
leadership positions including global group director at Xerox for their Government Healthcare and HR services, IT
portfolio and program manager at The Home Depot for their global technology transformation and IT
implementation services leader for AT&T.

executive team, clear identification of the key challenges and opportunities, and a framework and plan to execute

• Axiall Corporation, Atlanta, GA 2014 - 2015 – Developed a comprehensive strategy, governance framework, and
roadmap for implementation and management of SharePoint 2013. Included implementing workflows for each
business process, leveraging the platform’s powerful features and toolset. Delivered customized training program
on the platform, and directions regarding how to effectively manage the operations. The two broad objectives
were to automate critical business processes and consolidate the numerous intranet, team, and project sites being
