• Project Manager and System Architect for QA test farm upgrade project. Seventy five physical servers were replaced
with 150 virtual servers on 8 physical nodes. The new test farm decreased testing time by 50% and doubled the overall
testing capacity available to automation. Project delivered ahead of schedule and 35% under budget.
• Project Manager for Selenium 2.0 deployment. Deployment included Selenium Grid, Selenium IDE, Ruby, and Java to
Production Services Division.
• Project Manager for the deployment of 2 new QA test environments. Each environment consisted of over 150
VMWARE servers, 100+applications, 30TB of SAN storage, and multiple SQL instances. Both environments completed
on time and on budget.
• Project Manager for Test Process Improvement (TPI) initiative. The initiative is centered around putting into practice the
recommendations of an external audit performed in 2013 on LPL QA processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Organized and led thought leadership exercises with Senior Management to create the QA Vision, Mission, and
Strategic Objectives for 2013. Each became governing principals of understanding both inside and outside of the QA
department.
• Envisioned, developed, and deployed multi-user database system for resource planning in the Production Services
Division. System supports 300 users, and is the single trusted book of business for resource planning. System reduced
business process waste by 75%, increased real time data to managers and PM's by 90%, and decreased project
resource forecast errors by 60%.
• Revamped QA Automation employee interview process including OPA’s, testing, scorecards, and business processes to
be applied to new applicants. Process reduced staff turnover by 15% and decreased training time of new employees by
30%.
• Developed, piloted, and deployed Employee Job Shadowing program for LPL Production Services Division. Program
includes handbooks, process guidelines, scorecards (before, during, and after), and syllabus for full transparency of the
program.
• Developed and deployed policies and protocols, along with corresponding technology to ensure offshore outsourced QA
processes were measurable, accurate, repeatable, and in line with internal QA controls and standards.

far below business expectations with extremely favorable IRU lease terms on critical fiber links resulting in a higher
immediate ROI and lower capitalization costs.
• Developed and negotiated Dell Enterprise Service contract covering ViaSat’s 13 locations in the United States. Contract
delivered to ViaSat terms ensuring significant financial penalties to Dell in the event they failed to perform, while
allowing Dell the opportunity to earn back those charges with measurably changed behavior.
• Project manager and lead analyst in the design of ViaSat’s next generation worldwide MPLS backbone. New design
delivered Ethernet circuits to all sites and reduced the MPLS network spend by 45% ($1.5 million over first 3 years)
while increasing network bandwidth capacity by 25%.
