Dr. Alam expressed his ongoing concern with regards to
Intellectual Property theft and copying in India and China.
Thane explained his perspective on how the the ReGenX
innovations can be best protected.
This process includes rewriting the current obsolete and
incorrect laws of physics and presenting the new ones to the
world and establishing Thane Heins as the DISCOVERER AND
FOUNDER of this NEW SCIENCE and INVENTOR of the new
technologies which go along with this new science.
This establishes an UNTOUCHABLE BRAND.
Just a Einstein's Mass Equivalence Formula E=MC^2
established Einstein and his equation as an UNTOUCHABLE
BRAND ENTITY which no one else could EVER usurp.
The same applies to:
Edison (light bulb), Bell (telephone), Wright Brothers
(heavier than air vehicle) , Faraday (electric motor), Tesla
(induction motor), Newton, Watt and so on.
THANE HEINS must be established as the INVENTOR /
DICOVERER of the ReGenX Technology and the author of
HEINS' LAW – which must be COPYRIGHTED and
TRADEMARKED ASAP.

2. Infinite Range electric vehicles are now possible.
3. Infinitely efficient electric generators, motors and
transformers are now possible.
4. The ability to generate electricity with ZERO

ReGenX Motor Patent has a Publication Ban assigned to it
which means it is not open for public inspection. This requires
action from agent, contact made by Thane, follow up
pending.
We need a new patent agent to represent our interests who
can take over for Les Virany.

patent filings.
This is a dangerous plan unless ownership rights are clearly
identified.
Discussed Dr. Alam’s travel plans November to December
travelling to Delhi, India returning to Chicago Jan 1, 2020. He
will be back and forth until April and then staying in India.
Possible meeting time identified for Dec 27/28/29th

Primary objective for the December meeting/demo is to
inform Dr. Alam and others that the ReGenX Technology is
now ready for commercial deployment in 2020 NOT in 10
years or so and to develop and implement a

3. Ideas discussed around describing Thane’s technology. Need
a solid backing with explanations / challenging the laws of
physics and rewriting the existing laws of physics and
presenting the new ones. Explaining the step by step
quantitate the differences. Dr. Alam to make an outline for
Thane’s IEEE paper and send this in 2 weeks to Thane & Corry.

Recommendation from Dr. Alam that communications are
assigned to communication director *Corry. This includes
website, LinkedIn and other media. Have sound bite of
technology introduction be heavily managed so that there is a
consistency and high value placed on messaging. This is a
fast-paced activity. Thane’s focus is best allocated to the
technology.

Start Up “Sister” Company in India slated for April 2020
Incubation Center can serve as a host to invite commercial
partners/exhibit the technology. Coordinate commercial
activities from India. Ottawa company can mirror “Sister”
Company activities.
Ottawa company is the PRIMARY company with India co. as
a secondary division.
Dr. Alam ought to be offered a percentage ownership of
newco and a BOD seat.

I STILL have the impression that Dr. Alam is underestimating
the scope of the innovations and their impact.
I sense that he is approaching this endeavour from a purly
academic perspective and we cannot allow ourselves to be
influenced by this pedestrian approach.
PDi needs to establish a market penetration plan for 2020
and then it needs to implement it.
