This document discusses Lenz's Law of induction and Heins' Law of induction. Lenz's Law states that an induced current will flow in a direction to oppose the change that created it. Heins' Law proposes that an induced current with a delayed load will flow in a direction to assist the change that created it. The document provides endorsements from scientists and engineers about the technology. It also lists 14 proofs of experiments replicating the effect, conducted by the inventor and other groups.

Lenz's Resistive Law of Induction: (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lenz%27s_law)
According to Faraday's Law, whenever a magnetic flux changes through or linking a closed circuit is
changed, an EMF (voltage) is induced which causes a current to flow in the circuit. The direction of the
induced current has a definite relation to the variation of the field that produces it. This relation is
formalized by Lenz's Law of induction, which may be stated as follows:
“An induced EMF will cause a current to flow in a closed circuit in such a direction
that its induced magnetic field effect will produce a counter-electromotive-torque
that will resist the change that produces it.”
This Law follows directly from the Law of Conservation of Energy: that is, to cause an induced current
to flow required the expenditure of energy.
In the case of an electric generator, for example, when the induced current is caused to flow through a
load connected to the generator, electric energy is expended in the load. The induced magnetic field
produced by the current creates a counter-electromotive-torque which is always is a direction so that it
reacts with the main generator field, to oppose the turning action of the prime mover driving the
generator.
Thus, the greater the electric energy supplied to the load by the generator, the greater is the (negative)
counter-electromotive-torque reaction produced by the generator and in turn the greater is the
mechanical energy required to be supplied to the prime mover to produce an additional (positive)
torque in order to overcome the generator's reaction. Energy must be supplied to the generator at
the same rate that it is being taken from the generator.
Heins's Assistive Law of Induction:
According to Faraday's Law, whenever a magnetic flux changes through or linking a closed circuit is
changed, an EMF (voltage) is induced which causes a current to flow in the circuit. The direction of the
induced current has a definite relation to the variation of the field that produces it. This relation is
formalized by Heins' Law of induction, which may be stated as follows:
“An induced EMF will cause a current to flow in a closed circuit in such a direction
that its induced magnetic field effect will produce a complementary-electromotive-torque
that will assist the change that produces it.”
In the case of an electric generator, for example, when the induced load current that is caused to flow
through a load connected to the generator (is delayed by 45 – 70 degrees), electric energy is
expended in the load. The induced magnetic field produced by the current creates a complementary-electromotive-
torque which is always is a direction so that it reacts with the main generator field, to
assist the turning action of the prime mover driving the generator.
Thus, the greater the electric current supplied to the load by the generator, the greater is the (positive)
complementary-electromotive-torque reaction produced by the generator and in turn, less mechanical
energy is required to be supplied to the prime mover because the generator's (positive) torque
direction and prime mover's (positive) torque direction are the same. Energy supplied to the generator
at the same reduced rate that it is being taken from the generator.
