- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling
managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations;
preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and
implementing pay structure revisions.

Assistant Human Resources Manager
Sun Raise Diamond Beach, Sharm El-Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt.
- Replacement to Human Resources Manager and doing his duties.
- Attend morning briefing with GM and department head.
- Follow up the daily operation for HR department and all the issues from governmental offices (Insurance
office, labour office and ministry of work, ..... etc)
- all the foreigners employees under my direct responsibility in everything (work permit, vacations,
housing,.....etc)
- Handle and solve all the employees’ problems in staff housing, staff cafeteria and internal & external
transportation.
- I was responsible for all the staff activities which we have (Weekly, Monthly and Yearly)
- follow up the staff cost with cost controller to don’t make the cost increase more than what we limited.
- Controlling on the staff housing and its organization chart according to levels and positions.
- Organize with the Training Manager all the programs which we need to train the employees for them to
improve them abilities to work under pressure and make the guest satisfied without ant problem.
