1- Recruitment & Selection:
- Assisting the Talent acquisition team in the recruitment cycle from the request process till the final
selection for the suitable candidate.
- Coordinate with all departments to address recruitment needs.
- Sourcing & screening resumes and selecting qualified candidates to fulfill job-orders within the
targeted time.
- Conduct initial interview and shortlist qualified candidates for final interview.
- Preparing and sending offer letters to selected candidates.
- Completing joining formalities and documentation.
2- On-boarding & Off boarding:
- Assist in induction and exit interview process
- Meeting the employees leaving the organization, taking feedback and providing report to the
management team to ensure we have proper actionable in place for retention.
- Ensuring to have the visa cancellations done
- Ensuring to have the new visas & the tickets done for new hires before the date of joining
- Coordinate with accommodation supervisor about joiners - and leavers staff
- Analysis on reasons for employees leaving the organization and their feedback and suggestions to
the management team.
3- Compensation and Benefits:
- Handling compensation and benefits tasks: Payroll, leave settlement, Final settlement & WPS
- Process Medical Insurance for new employees, reimbursement and cancellation
4- HR Administration, Employee Relation &PR:
- Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.
- Ensuring probationary reviews are completed on time
- Employee Relations , interact and Assist employees with all HR related request and guide them to
proper channel.
- Preparing the required documentation such as Salary Certificates, Employment Certificate,
Embassy Letters, Warning Letters and any HR related letters.
- Liaising with PRO (Public Relation Officers) for all visa related issues, Issuance, Renewal,
Cancellation, Modification, etc.
- Having a good knowledge of UAE Labor law.
1.5 years of experience as front line Customer Service & Teller @ AL Ansari Exchange in UAE from
Jan.2012 – Jun 2013
- Provide fast, excellent and error free remittance services to customers such as DD/TT/WU
- Handles cash in Dirhams and foreign currencies.
- Monitors &balance the cash account based on the number of transactions made.
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services

ACHIEVEMENTS
- Making Profit to my Company by proposal new idea at work
I proposed to my manager to make the Egyptian Military Museum part of our tour
program. This museum shows the events of the October War in 1973. We had never
offered this as an excursion before and my manager considered the idea and decided to
carry it out. My idea found favor from everyone at the company because of its potential
to make a profit for our company; on the other hand many of the tourists who come to
Egypt are interested in the history of our country.
- I was a member of the football team and we won the championship of schools
