1- Recruitment & Selection:
- Assisting the Talent acquisition team in the recruitment cycle from the request process till the final
selection for the suitable candidate.
- Coordinate with all departments to address recruitment needs.
- Sourcing & screening resumes and selecting qualified candidates to fulfill job-orders within the
targeted time.

4- HR Administration, Employee Relation &PR:
- Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.
- Ensuring probationary reviews are completed on time
- Employee Relations , interact and Assist employees with all HR related request and guide them to
proper channel.
- Preparing the required documentation such as Salary Certificates, Employment Certificate,
Embassy Letters, Warning Letters and any HR related letters.

ACHIEVEMENTS
- Making Profit to my Company by proposal new idea at work
I proposed to my manager to make the Egyptian Military Museum part of our tour
program. This museum shows the events of the October War in 1973. We had never
offered this as an excursion before and my manager considered the idea and decided to
carry it out. My idea found favor from everyone at the company because of its potential
to make a profit for our company; on the other hand many of the tourists who come to
Egypt are interested in the history of our country.
