negotiating offers with external suppliers.
 Approve the final agreements with suppliers in
compliance with the company policies and procedures.
 Monitor and validate the financial settlements related to
travel and mail activities.
 Oversee the bidding process for all trips whether for
business or leisure aiming at providing a competitive
rate to our employees.
 Ensure that all events logistics handled through travel
team are delivered in a timely and quality manner by
requesting regular feedback from requestor and
participants.

Technical Support Transportation function that was
intiated to serve the company’s transformation phase in
illiminating cost.
 Developed a new tool on Oracle in coordination with the
IT Support Vendor to automate the Mail & Courier
Service.

 Review all documents to ensure that materials are
accurate and compliant with company policies and
procedures prior to submission to the President & CEO
with a necessary brief in handy, if necessary.
 Closley monitor and follow-up on investigation and
analysis on fraud cases.
 Managing inquiries made by VIP subscribers and
requests from employees from the CEO’s office
 Maintain sound awareness of relevant matters, internal,
social and political, through news clippings, internal
News Flash announcements and other matters affecting
the company; preferably draft regular briefs to
summarize subjects.
 Coordinate all activities that relate to the needs of the
Executive and Senior Management Team.
 Facilitate communication on behalf of the President and
CEO where required.
 Maintain an updated contact database list of VIPs and
