DESCRIPTION: ANALYST-CORPORATE OPERATIONS.
 Responsible to work proficiently in Oracle 11i quote to Cash application & Order
Booking.
 Process license, education and consulting orders in oracle order management by
accurately entering, validating order data and booking the PO in oracle order
management as per the defined workflow process requirements and business policy
of Vmware
 Prepare quotes as requested by sales/partners and process PO in OM data systems.
 Ensuring all service contracts are reflected accurately in Oracle Contract Module
and are set up properly in the system for renewals.
 Preparing quotations/renewal letters for maintenance contract renewals.
 Working with the Support Sales team to ensure renewals occur in a timely manner.
 Reviewing & Analyzing contract terms & condition for all customers’ contracts.
 Coordinating with customer service for accurate renewal pricing & contracts term &
conditions.
 Processing incoming credit issues and calculating special pricing quotes terms on
approved net term orders & thereby process the PO for customers.
 Setting the Vendor in the Oracle to process the PO for the Customer.
 Listing out the issues/discrepancies in the purchase order to make sure that
purchase order is free from discrepancies and can be accepted for entering the
order.
 Examining the order in Oracle 11i ERP tool with details like Bill to address, ship to
address, Bill to location, ship to location.
 Schedule Trainings for the New Joiners as per the requirements and preparing
process documents.
 Known as CTO: Chief technical officer in order to solve any Technical hardware and
software issues.

DURATION: June 2007 to Feb 2008
DESCRIPTION: Market Data Administration, Morgan Stanley
Worked in a process called Market Data Administration Stabilized and started project in
India
Market Data Order Management: Responsible for granting/removal/transfer of all
market data services to/from business unit clients, also dealing with market data
vendor, other IT support group on a global basis and Carrying out user
permsissioning request on various entitlement systems.
 Client Services:
Handling the Market data queries from clients covering, for eg, price, queries,
market data order status, etc.
 Management Information/ Metrics:
• Responsible for posting weekly report to the intranet, generating monthly report
covering, for eg, ordering activity, usage analysis on a number of market data
orders status, etc.
• Develop clear and accurate documentation to reflect up to date representation of
the environment. This documentation should also capture any processes that
are in place in order that other members of the group can effectively takeover
tasks and provide consistency across the group.

• Working as part of a team in managing market data services as part of move
projects.
• Carrying out large volume usage analysis projects such as cyclical unused
services removals, co-coordinating such with vendors and or carrying out work
on the various entitlement systems.
• Develop strong relationships with other service personnel ensuring that issues
are addressed in the most expedient an effective manner and that users are kept
updated at all the times. Adopt common support processes with other IT support
groups.
• Being accountable for all real time market data operation issues, take ownership

 Handled Oracle’s global customers and suppliers financial Bank details and
corresponding with Oracle suppliers to seek any other clarifications regarding
the bank details.
 Communicate with Order Administration and Accounts Payable team in order to
validate customer details with the Purchase Order they have and worked on
several other projects
