Project Lead (Business Analyst), HEWLETT PACKARD: Bangalore, India. - 2011 May to 2013 Jan.
As a Project Lead for Channel partner data completeness team APJ, for channel partner’s sales &
inventory data vs HP shipment through reconciliation process. After analyzing the feasibility for over
reporting / under reporting value by the channel partners and report out to all HP Business front end team.
This role required me to work with internal data collection team & Country specialists to understand the
specifics involved, for Partners over reporting / under reporting values to the HP and if any revenue
leakage to the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Project Management for the channel partners data completeness team which requires monthly
publication of reports by applying formulae and statistical data elements for all APJ countries
 Core member of the Project Management center to drive project excellence, initiatives to drive
efficient project life cycle
 Compliance report preparation for the channel partners across all the countries - APJ
 1 Point of escalation contact for the channel data completeness project team.
 Handling 5 member’s team and production planner and Supervising & standardizing the transitioned
processes
 Responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing process, developing reporting

 Contributed to Contra Revenue savings 300k through identification of HP Distributor over reporting
cases
 2 days turnaround time reduction through value stream mapping methodology.
 Grouping process E2E TAT improvement and facilitated Partners’ faster compensation by
implementation of a new idea of Distributor sales data modification, resulting in 2 Head Count Savings
Project Standardization:
 Worked towards standardizing the T1 Retailers and Sub distributor’s completeness project (May’11 to
Apr’12).
 Analyzing partner’s sales / inventory data fundamentals and setting up logic in order to set partners
sales data reporting capability tolerance level against to HP shipment.
Process Associate & Sr Process Associate HEWLETT PACKARD - Mar 2008 to 2011 Apr, Bangalore, India.
HP –Profiling: Providing access to the HP users, which help them to place order, for checking the special
Prices, helps them to upload the sales data…etc. Tagging the sales data to correct business partners, this
process will facilitate to calculate Partner performance for that quarter.
Data Collection: PBI – Data Collections is a team responsible for collecting the Sales and Inventory data of
all APAC channel partners, the data further used for rebate computation.
Roles & responsibilities:
 1 Point of contact for HP channel partners to collect the sales & inventory data for APJ region.
 Weekly & Monthly reconciliation for HP sales& Inventory data to ensure channel partner data
accuracy
 HP Channel Partners sales performance tagging process to right end customers.
 Providing portal access to HP Channel Partners, which enable them to access HP products and
pricing website.
 To identify and introduce more Quality checks to have more efficient process in place to meet the
business standards
 To keep weekly track of Preferred partners and their compensation related flags.
 Publishing profiling quality management dashboard monthly basis.
