consists of several applications such as AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable) , GL

project is to maintain and enhance subsystems CEPS and SPAS.
CEPS: - Claim Examination and Processing system is a warranty management system which
enables Dealers and Business to submit, verify and process (Credit) the warranty claims. This
system is intended to used by all GME Aftersales staff such as Central Aftersales staff, NSC
Aftersales staff and Dealer Assistance Centre.
SPAS: - SAAB Parts Administration System is the key parts administration system used to
receive and send Parts Purchase orders and Invoicing the same. This analysis tool is intended
