Renewal Quote Specialist: - (NOV 2013 – Till Date)
Working on pricing, quoting for various contracts for various countries and contact with clients for negotiations and
to get the new deals.
Help in timely renewal of support contracts by generating quotes and making iterations as and when required by
the country sales team and also work very closely with sales team.
We work on quote creation for major portion of the contracts and then send it to customers and client managers
which helps generate more renew and also helps the sales team to concentrate on winning new deals for the
company.
Communicate with vendors from various countries to get the quotes for renewing the support on products.
Calling the clients and resolving their doubts and explaining about the services and the discounts which we offer.
Check if the contract data is validating with the records in SAP and communicate with the internal team if
corrections are required.

Customer Agreement Specialist:
Roles:
To maintain centralized global standards for agreement creations and ensure accurate data for Global Contract
Services, Alliances & Channels and Oracle Partner Network teams.
Creating agreements for Oracle customers in Oracle database by validating the agreement packages.
Research and respond to internal or external queries; work closely with Contracts Team, Order Administration
Team and Partner Business Consultants.
Responsible for assigning daily tasks to the team, handling escalations and all non standards requests on behalf
of the team.
Communicating with the requester by explaining them our scope of support and effectively resolving the requests.
Responsible for providing the process updates to the team, making sure that the team is always updated with the
latest process.
Trained new joiners and cross functional resources on the process and ensured good process knowledge.

Worked closely with Sales, Contracts and AR Team to ensure timely generation of Invoices from Order
Management or Service Contracts.
Worked on warranty management, authoring service contracts, booking non revenue orders in accordance with
the Oracle Supply Chain Management
Played major role in creating and terminating technical support contracts and helped the renewal team to renew
contracts by using service contracts application.
Worked on license assignment requests, where the ownership of licenses is transferred from one customer to
another due to merger, acquisition, spin off & divesture.
Played an active role in Sun data migration during the integration of the SUN Microsystems process with Oracle
Corporation in the Install Base profile
ORDER MANAGEMENT:
1. Expertise in the Renewal Process for Sun and Oracle License.
2. Booking the EDI order and manual.
3. Updating the correct information about customer related to upgrades order.

5. Reviewing/Validating the install base records and service contracts of the customer.
6. Quote out the install base contracts for the customer as per quoting and renewal policies.
7. Setting up the ELA IB contracts in Oracle, to match the ELA order booked.
8. Work for Global Countries and handle queries from requestor via phone, e-mail & create Software orders on
behalf of requestor for selling goods or services as per the requirement.
9. The Renewal Process has Validation Guidelines as per Country and Customer Exceptions.
10. Process Orders in workbench and IPM queue from sales or contracts side.
11. Book Advanced Customer Services using Order Management Application.
12. Renew customer licenses to provide continuous customer services.
13. Handling query related to all kinds of products offered by Oracle to customers across the globe.

and First Year Support Dept.
