Automobile Engine parts having 3 factories, Ennore Foundries Chennai and unit at
Sriperambadur with over 600 employees.
Accountabilities
 Heading HR & IR operations and functions including recruitment, training, Payroll
Administration, Contract labour, Statutory compliance, IR activities under I.D Act, Disciplinary
actions, Trade Unions matters, MIS, and Admin functions, Welfare, Safety, Health measures

Advocate for filing of counters etc
4. IR Functions : Managing Union by having negotiations and discussions for various issues such as
productivity and quality improvements and bonus.
Presently involved in Settlement Agreement for next 3 years, i.e. July 2013 to June 2016.
Settled Bonus negotiations of 2013.
3. Recruitment & Selection : Responsible for Wages and Salary Administration of all employees
Compensation finalisation including annual wage and salary revisions/ increments of all workers /
staff and new entrants up to Senior Position. Responsible for employee confirmation, promotion
