1995 when STI India Limited, a green field manufacturing plant in Indore (M.P), was in its very early
stage of development. Got involved in the initial phase of organization building and finally l was
assigned the position of Head of Human Resources Management Department in Year 2003. I am
responsible for its entire functions of its Human Resources Management, General Administration,
Transport, Housekeeping, Horticulture and Security Services. The company is one of the leading
manufacturers of various types of Yarns and knitted fabrics. It employs over 1100+ employees.
In addition, I am also playing a significant role in setting up the HR, Administration & Security services
of the upcoming Linen Spinning Mill at Tarapur, Maharashtra on the advice of the Management.

I was Spearheading the entire gamut of its Personnel functions ie from Selection to Separation,
