The Restaurant is a 53 covers quick service venue offering
with variety of fast foods with unique food characteristics,
providing unique value for money tasty food with good
sanitation, excellent services and elegant warm and inviting
inside environment. Consisting of popular softer background
music and tunes that support a faster paced environment.
Designed to create a relaxing, laid back dining experience.
Restaurant will be open 7 days a week 11:00am-10:00pm

It is a fast-casual drive-thru restaurant, ordering food at the counter and sit
down at a table to enjoy their meal.
5. MARKET ANALYSIS.
LOCATION OVERVIEW.
The facility is a pre-existing lease space of approximately 2500 square feet.
We entered into a 5 year’s lease with property Landlord which owns the
centre. The Restaurant is based in the city of Ranchi, in the city centre
having many shopping complex, offices and parks.
TARGET MARKET.
We anticipate that our Restaurant will appeal to a broad base of consumers.
While we expect to be frequented by all types of diners in both the
residential and business community. The value oriented pricing should
especially attract medium income diners with a predominance of family
households.

The proposed restaurant will cost an estimated Rs.60 lacs to
open. Funding for the venture will be provided by Rs.40 lacs
in contributions from the partners and Rs.20 lacs in proceeds
from bank financing.

referrals and the direct recruiting through employability pamphlet distributed through newspapers and social
