• My mission is to provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere
where the customers can receive good quality food, drinks and
advanced service at reasonable price. And to provide a gaming
platform to the youngsters.
• My cafe will offer a variety of choices to the customers. Such as
Cappuccinos, Lattes, Espressos, Smoothies, Regular Coffee, Soft
drink and tea with various health benefits.
• The gaming zone motive will be to provide up to date versions of
games such as the ones of Play Stations, Xbox, PSP etc, and will
try to entertain the users with best video gaming experience
possible.

• Target Market:- My target market will be to everyone who
enjoys coffee, but I will mainly target all people age between 15-40
and older, youngsters to bring their interest towards gaming and
to the various other sector people.
• Competition:- My competitors would be Brownies, I heart café
and various other local cafes and restaurants.
• Market Trends:- Coffee is the drink of choice for many people
across the world. And is a imagination for all to drink coffee while
gaming.
In India recently the trend is increasing, more and more urban and
semi-urban population is switching to coffee over tea.

• I will do as much as I can to get my business name known
throughout the locality.
• I plan to make flyers to put on cars that have my business name,
logo, and address on them, It will also list the day of opening .
• The first week of opening will be 20% off on every drink at the
café as well as 30 % off on gaming.
• Will try to advertise on the best newspaper of the locality.
• Will provide some coupons to the regular customers of the
cafeteria.
• I will have reasonable prices, but they will be not too high or too
low.
