Graduated from IHM Lucknow, Chef Ashish started his career as Management
Trainee from Taj Group of hotels, India. He holds a rich experience of 9 years in
F&B Production & Operations. He has worked with few of the high end Units of
Taj Group -Taj Palace Delhi, Taj Rambagh Palace Jaipur and Taj Falaknuma
Palace Hyderabad where he acted as an opening chef for Hyderabad Unit. He
also served a prime property of IHG in Delhi Hotel Crowne Plaza, Rohini & setup
all the Kitchen operations as Pre Opening Chef.
Chef Ashish expertise in Cold Cuisines, Italian, Mexican & French Cuisines.

Chef Ashish polished up his skills over a period of time today he is well versed in
designing the Global Menus & Speciality Menus. He believes that understanding
the customers palate and the latest trends in the food really can turn around the
personality of the restaurant and hence the profitability. A highly effective menu
has to be optimized with innovation, clientele and of course the cost and com-
plexity of operation. He designs Modern Indian, Classical Indian cuisines but his
heart still beats for Italian, Mexican & Cold Cuisines.
