a) In The Vicinity Of The Commanders Court For Its Residents The Dlf –Parent Owner ---Has A Club House In The Premises Of The
Residential Complex ,At Commander In Chief Road , Chennai
b) DLF has completed the construction process and in order to enable to provide entertainment to the inmates of the
residential complex it has provided a CLUB HOUSE to cater to the need of their living Residents also would encompass the Guests
of the Residents
c) The DLF Club House concept is an empowerment to stimulate the Residents to a

• It is spacious with a comprehensive Restaurant ambience capable of serving fifty Covers
• It can provide Residential cuisine catering to the palate of the Residents and their Guests
• Theme parties and exquisite Banquets can be provided as there is enough space in the Restaurant and adjacent Areas
• As there is a Guaranteed 354 Residential apartment Guests on regular basis reasonable turnout of guests are expected to use this
facilities
WEAKNESSES
• Its Not possible to maintain High margin as there is tremendous Competition circling the location
• The Operator should adopt high standards of quality , quantity to compete in the Area
• We will have to sustain with the same flow of Residential Guests
• Food Cost are likely on the higher side as there is no flexibility Menu Rotation and the margin would be very low , and the operator will
have to subsist with limited returns
• As the kitchen facilities is mundane , the choice of Menu is limited
• As there is no exhaust facilities in the Kitchen , the operator would have to function with basic kitchen equipments like oven and induction
stove as such in the absence bulk cooking costing will be very high
• The Operator would still strive to maintain optimum costs and Margins
• As the operator has to employ quality Staff it is necessary that we optimize costs to maintain and establish the quality of the Restaurant
• OPPORTUNITIES
• As the club Restaurant would have to Organize itself into a flourishing
• Business to make ends meet for the operator it needs to revel around sustained level of turn over
• As we need to establish a good labour force to achieve bigger assignments and targets
• To concentrate More on the events for in house social parties, kids Clubs and Birth day parties
• The club management would have to be very innovative and Hire skilled staff and optimise the manning Guide
• THREATS
• Stifle Competition, Labor dissensions, Material price Inflations , cash flow disruption , inadequate Turnover and GOP
• To serve with high level of hygiene and to maintain HACCP standards It requires adequate financial resources,
• Replacement and repairs of Machinery and cost of maintenance would be a real threat to the operator
• The Operator should strive to at least to maintain a Break even sales point at all times
• The club house Restaurant would have to maintain and operate at an optimum level of cost and break even sales
